Cayman Bid & Compliance Services is a business name of ProRN Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. We provide business documentation, procurement and compliance implementation support to organisations in the Cayman Islands.
We collect only what you send us. Through the enquiry form that means your name, company, business email, telephone number, the service you selected, the deadline you entered and the message you wrote. Through the Procurement Watch signup it means your business email and your chosen industry. If you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
We don't run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this website. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads, as it would on a large share of websites.
To answer your enquiry, scope the work you asked about, prepare a quotation and deliver a project if you engage us. Procurement Watch addresses are used to send opportunity notices in the industry you selected. We don't sell your information, we don't share it for marketing, and we don't add you to any list you didn't ask to join.
Enquiry forms on this site are processed by FormSubmit, a third party service that relays form contents to our email address. Information you type into a form passes through that service. Please don't submit confidential client documents, tender packages or personal data belonging to third parties through the web form. Tell us what you need and we will reply with a suitable method of sending files.
Enquiries that don't become projects are held for up to twelve months and then deleted. Project records are held for seven years to meet Canadian record keeping and tax requirements. Procurement Watch addresses are held until you ask to be removed.
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the enquiry form or by telephone and we will respond within thirty days. As a Canadian corporation we handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
